Merius

Data residency

EU and US datacenters, GDPR-compliant, EU-only routing on request. Merius does not store prompts or completions and does not train on them.

Merius runs in EU and US datacenters and is GDPR-compliant. You can route to the EU only, and we never store your prompts or completions.

Where requests run

By default, requests are served from the nearest healthy region. Choose EU-only routing so a request is processed and kept in EU datacenters — useful when data must not leave the EU.

Retention & training

We do not store your prompts or completions, and we do not train on them. Traffic is encrypted with TLS in transit. A signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available for customers with a GDPR processing relationship.

EU residency and zero retention are part of why we run our own hardware rather than reselling someone else's cloud — the data path is ours end to end.
